Investors on the hunt for helicopter roll-up Trinity Hunt begins with Fort Worth rotorcraft business

Dallas-based private equity investor Trinity Hunt Partners has entered the aerospace market, investing an undisclosed amount in Ranger Aerospace & Aeronautics Inc. to acquire a Fort Worth-based helicopter services company.
The acquisition of Texas Aviation Services by the Dallas-based aerospace holding company is the first in what is expected to be a series of aviation-related acquisitions, said Daniel Dross, partner at Trinity Hunt.
